Northampton Open Media is the community media organization serving Northampton, Massachusetts, the Hampshire County seat and one of the most culturally vibrant small cities in New England, providing PEG access television for this artistically and politically engaged Pioneer Valley community.

The organization provides public access cable television for Northampton residents, covering city council and government meetings and offering community members training, studio facilities, and channel access to create and broadcast locally focused programming that reflects the progressive, arts-centered community of this Connecticut River city.

Northampton residents - in a city known for its arts scene, LGBT-friendly culture, Smith College, and a particularly engaged progressive civic culture - rely on Open Media for the government coverage and community programming that keeps one of western Massachusetts's most distinctive small cities connected to its own governance and the community conversations that animate life on the river.
