Dakota Media Access (DMA) is the nonprofit community media organization serving Bismarck and Mandan, North Dakota, providing public, educational, and government access cable television for the communities on both sides of the Missouri River that together form the state capital area.

DMA operates on Midcontinent Communications cable channels - Government Access on Channel 2 and Community Access on Channel 12 - covering the Mandan and Bismarck City Commissions, Morton and Burleigh County Commissions, city and county planning commissions, school boards, and Burleigh County Social Services. The organization also operates KUAK-LP 102.5 FM Radio Access, a variety-format low-power radio station, and provides training, equipment, and production support for community members and nonprofits.

Bismarck-Mandan residents rely on DMA for the government meeting coverage and community programming that connects the state capital region across the Missouri River - civic media serving a metropolitan area where the state legislature, state agencies, and city and county government are all within a few miles of each other.
