Dubuque Public Access is the public access component of Dubuque, Iowa's five-channel PEG cable television system, managed by the City of Dubuque and available on Mediacom channel 81, serving residents of one of the Mississippi River's most historic and distinctive bluff cities.

The public access channel accepts programming created by community members and organizations covering the full range of topics - documentary, narrative fiction, local talk shows, church services, and community affairs - supported by a city equipment grant program. The broader Dubuque PEG system also includes CityChannel Dubuque (government access, channel 8), CityChannel Graphics (channel 80), Dubuque Community Schools Television (channel 16), and The Source, operated by Loras College (channel 15).

Dubuque residents use the public access channel to produce the community programming that reflects the full life of a river city with deep German Catholic heritage, a strong arts scene, and one of the most architecturally distinctive downtown areas on the upper Mississippi.
