Foxboro Cable Access (FCAT) is the community media organization serving Foxborough, Massachusetts, a Norfolk County town south of Boston best known as the home of Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots, providing PEG access television for this suburban community.

FCAT provides public, educational, and government access cable television for Foxborough residents, covering town government meetings including selectboard and school committee sessions, and offering community members the opportunity to produce and broadcast locally focused programming.

Foxborough residents rely on FCAT for the selectboard and town meeting coverage that keeps this community - which balances its small-town identity with the enormous civic and economic impact of hosting the NFL's most successful franchise - connected to its own governance and community life beyond the stadium.
