Fall River Community Media

Fall River Community Media (FRCMedia) is the community media organization serving Fall River, Massachusetts, a historically significant South Coast industrial city at the head of Mount Hope Bay on the Rhode Island border, operating in partnership with the City of Fall River and Bristol Community College.

FRCMedia manages Fall River Community Television (FRCTV, Channel 95 on Comcast) as a public access platform for community-produced programming, and operates from Bristol Community College's television studio facility at 777 Elsbree Street. The organization is committed to reflecting the diversity of Fall River's community - a city with large Cape Verdean, Portuguese, and Latino populations alongside a working-class heritage tied to the textile industry - and produces content in partnership with local organizations and nonprofits.
