About this hub
Waltham Community Access Corporation (WCAC) is the community media organization serving Waltham, Massachusetts, a diverse Middlesex County city west of Boston along the Charles River with a rich industrial heritage and growing diversity, providing PEG access television for this urban community.
WCAC provides public, educational, and government access programming for Waltham residents, covering city council and government meetings and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming in multiple languages that reflects the city's diverse immigrant communities.
Waltham residents - in a city with large Haitian, Brazilian, Ethiopian, and other immigrant communities alongside its established working-class and young professional population - rely on WCAC for the multilingual community programming and government coverage that connect one of Greater Boston's most culturally diverse mid-sized cities to its own civic institutions.
