Fargo Access 68 is the public access cable channel operated by the City of Fargo, North Dakota, broadcasting on channel 68 on both Midco and Sparklight cable systems alongside its government counterpart TV Fargo 56, which carries live city government meetings.

Access 68 features programs submitted by Fargo residents covering a wide range of community interests - dancing, cooking, painting, golf, movies, and original community productions - providing a free-speech forum governed by mission-driven channel policies designed to ensure diverse local programming. The City of Fargo administers both channels and maintains a viewer hotline for community feedback on programming.

Fargo residents use Access 68 to find the community-produced programming that reflects life in the largest city in North Dakota - a mid-sized Great Plains city with a strong university presence, diverse immigrant communities, and a civic culture that has built a surprisingly vibrant arts and entertainment scene on the banks of the Red River.
