About this hub
Lynn Community Television is the community media organization serving Lynn, Massachusetts, a diverse and historically significant Essex County city on the North Shore just north of Boston, providing PEG access television for one of the region's most culturally varied urban communities.
The organization provides public access cable television for Lynn residents, covering city council and government meetings and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming in multiple languages that reflects the city's diverse population.
Lynn residents - in a city with large immigrant communities from Central America, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, and a long industrial history tied to shoe manufacturing - rely on community television for the government coverage and multilingual community programming that connects one of the North Shore's most diverse and economically complex cities to its own civic life.
