Berks Community Television (BCTV) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community media organization based in Reading, Pennsylvania, and one of the oldest continuously active cable access managers in the country, empowering community voices in Berks County since 1976.

BCTV operates two cable television channels: its community channel on Comcast Reading Channel 15 and Service Electric Channel 19, and MAC (Municipal Access Channel), the City of Reading's government channel on Comcast Channel 99, with all content also streaming at bctv.org. The organization facilitates local residents, organizations, and institutions in creating and distributing programming across cable and digital platforms, with a hyperlocal focus on the people, issues, and events of Berks County.

Reading and Berks County residents tune to BCTV for the community conversations, public affairs coverage, and local storytelling that rarely surfaces on commercial television - content that reflects the full diversity of one of Pennsylvania's most historically significant and culturally rich regions.
