Visit website →

Community Seven Television is Billings, Montana's public, educational, and government access cable channel, operated by the Billings Community Cable Corporation (BCCC), a nonprofit founded in 1989 in partnership with the City of Billings, School District 2, Billings Clinic, and St. Vincent Healthcare.

Community Seven provides programming on Charter cable covering the full range of PEG content - education and government news, arts programming, coverage of local organizations and individuals, and a sister channel (Community Eight, Charter Channel 8) that carries Classic Arts Showcase, the Montana State Legislature when in session, and NASA programming. The station received the Alliance for Community Media's Overall Excellence Award in 2004 for the diversity and quality of its locally produced programming.

Billings residents - in Montana's largest city and a regional hub for a vast stretch of the northern Great Plains - rely on Community Seven for the locally produced programming and government coverage that would otherwise go unseen in a city where the nearest major media market is hundreds of miles away.
