About this hub
Bellevue Television (BTV) is the government access cable channel for the City of Bellevue, Washington, available 24/7 on cable channel 21 and the BTV YouTube channel, and operated through a partnership between the city and Bellevue College.
The channel provides live and recorded broadcasts of Bellevue City Council meetings, Washington State Legislature coverage, and original programming about local government services, arts, culture, and community initiatives. The partnership with Bellevue College gives students hands-on production training and experience while providing the city with additional staffing support from trained student crews.
Bellevue residents and those following the region's rapidly growing eastside communities use BTV to track City Council decisions, follow major civic projects, and access the government programming that keeps one of Washington State's largest cities transparent and accountable to its residents.
