Martha's Vineyard Community Television (MVTV) is the community media organization serving Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, the island county of Dukes County off the southwestern coast of Cape Cod, providing PEG access television for one of the most geographically distinctive and socially complex communities in New England.

MVTV provides public access cable television for island residents, covering town government meetings across the six island towns and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming that reflects year-round island life beyond the summer celebrity presence.

Martha's Vineyard residents - the year-round community of fishermen, tradespeople, educators, and longtime islanders who maintain the island's civic life through the winters - rely on MVTV for the town meeting coverage and community programming that keeps a unique island democracy connected to itself, giving the working Vineyard a broadcast voice alongside the seasonal attention that celebrity visitors and summer culture tend to attract.
