About this hub
Northern Berkshire Community Television (NBCTC) is the regional community media organization serving Adams, North Adams, Cheshire, and Clarksburg in the northern Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts, providing shared PEG access television for this cluster of post-industrial western Massachusetts communities.
NBCTC operates cable access channels serving all four northern Berkshire communities, covering town and city government meetings and offering community members the opportunity to produce and broadcast locally focused programming that reflects the distinctive working-class and Appalachian heritage of this corner of western Massachusetts.
Northern Berkshire residents across Adams, North Adams, Cheshire, and Clarksburg rely on NBCTC for the government meeting coverage and community programming that connects four communities with deep industrial roots and a shared regional identity - centered on the paper industry heritage and the cultural institutions that have emerged in the post-industrial Berkshire landscape - to their own civic life and to each other.
