CobbTV is the government access cable television channel for Cobb County, Georgia, launched in 1995 and serving the residents of one of the Atlanta metropolitan area's largest and most populous suburban counties from its base in Marietta.

The channel broadcasts gavel-to-gavel, unedited coverage of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission, Zoning Appeals Board, and bid openings, alongside informational programming about county departments, Cobb Traffic Watch LIVE with real-time traffic camera feeds during rush hours, and other community content. CobbTV is available on Comcast Channel 23 and streams online and on YouTube, and in 2018 became the first PEG channel to launch on Google Fiber in the southeastern United States.

Cobb County residents - in a county of nearly 800,000 people that anchors a major quadrant of the Atlanta metro area - rely on CobbTV for the unfiltered access to county government that keeps one of Georgia's most politically significant suburban counties accountable to its residents.
