Albuquerque Community Media (ACM) is the City of Albuquerque's public, educational, and government access television operation, managed by the Department of Arts and Culture and serving residents of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

ACM operates multiple PEG channels including a public access channel (Channel 26) for locally produced community content, an educational channel (Channel 96) supporting schools and lifelong learners, and GOV TV 16, which provides gavel-to-gavel coverage of Albuquerque City Council, Bernalillo County Commission, the Water Utility Authority, and the Police Oversight Commission. Residents can submit programming or apply for equipment access to produce and broadcast content on the public channel.

Albuquerque residents look to GOV TV 16 for live government meeting coverage and to the public access channels for independent local producers, talk shows, sporting events, and community voices that rarely appear on commercial television - a reflection of one of the most culturally diverse cities in the Southwest.
