About this hub
North Metro TV (NMTV) is the community media organization serving seven Twin Cities northern suburban communities - Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Ham Lake, Lexington, Lino Lakes, and Spring Lake Park - providing PEG access television and community news, sports, and events coverage for this cluster of Anoka County communities.
NMTV cablecasts on Comcast channels 14 (public access) and 15 (community news, sports, and events) and also provides government access channels for member city governments and educational access for school boards. The organization covers high school sports at Blaine, Centennial, and Spring Lake Park high schools with a live production truck, offers drone services for aerial video and photography, and provides community productions for local organizations.
Residents of these seven north suburban communities rely on North Metro TV for the high school sports coverage, local news, city council meetings, and community events programming that keep a cluster of growing Anoka County suburbs connected to their own civic life and to each other across a shared cable system.
