PADNET (Public Access Digital Network) is the public access cable television operation for Long Beach, California, operated by the Long Beach Community Access Corporation and providing a community broadcast platform for residents of California's seventh-largest city and a major Port of Los Angeles community.

PADNET provides public access cable television for Long Beach residents, offering training, studio facilities, and channel access for community members and organizations to create and broadcast locally focused, noncommercial programming that reflects the full diversity of this major Southern California port city.

Long Beach residents - in a city with large Cambodian, Latino, and African American communities and a working waterfront that shapes the city's economic and cultural identity - use PADNET to broadcast the community programming that reflects voices and neighborhoods rarely visible on commercial television in the Los Angeles market.
