Rogue Valley Community Television (RVTV) is a partnership between Southern Oregon University, Jackson County, and the cities of Ashland, Medford, Eagle Point, and Grants Pass, founded in 1989 as Ashland Cable Access Channel 9 and expanded into a regional PEG operation covering both Jackson and Josephine counties in Oregon's Rogue Valley.

RVTV operates from the Southern Oregon University Digital Media Center in Ashland and broadcasts on Spectrum cable channels and through its app on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, and Roku, covering city council meetings for Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, and Eagle Point, Jackson County Commission proceedings, school district board meetings, and community events throughout southern Oregon. The public access channel RVTV VOICES is open to all residents of both counties for citizen-produced programming.

Southern Oregon residents across the Rogue Valley - from Shakespeare festival-goers in Ashland to pear orchard workers in the Bear Creek Valley to communities in the remote Applegate - rely on RVTV for the regional government coverage and community programming that serves one of the most geographically varied and culturally distinctive corners of the Pacific Northwest.
