Biddeford Public Access Television is the community media organization serving Biddeford, Maine, the state's second-largest city located at the mouth of the Saco River on the southern Maine coast.

The station provides public access cable television programming for Biddeford residents, covering local government meetings and community events and offering residents the opportunity to produce and broadcast their own programming for the local cable community.

Biddeford residents rely on public access television to follow City Council meetings and local government proceedings, and to find the community programming that reflects the character of this historically Franco-American mill city on the Saco River.
