LexMedia is the community media organization serving Lexington, Massachusetts, an affluent Middlesex County town northwest of Boston celebrated as the birthplace of American liberty and the site of the first battles of the Revolutionary War, providing PEG access television for this historically significant community.

LexMedia provides public, educational, and government access programming for Lexington cable subscribers, covering town meeting, selectboard, school committee, and other government meetings and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming.
