Quincy Access Television

Quincy Access Television (QATV) is the community media organization serving Quincy, Massachusetts, a diverse coastal city in Norfolk County directly south of Boston known as the City of Presidents - birthplace of John Adams and John Quincy Adams - providing PEG access television for this historically significant and rapidly growing urban community.

QATV provides public, educational, and government access programming for Quincy residents, covering city council and government meetings and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming in multiple languages that reflects the city's large Asian American, particularly Chinese and Vietnamese, immigrant communities.

Quincy residents - in a city that has become one of the most densely populated and most rapidly diversifying communities in Massachusetts, where a large immigrant population shares civic space with long-established working-class and middle-class neighborhoods - rely on QATV for the multilingual community programming and government coverage that connect the birthplace of two presidents to its own evolving civic life.
