Janesville Access Television (JATV) is the community access television station serving Janesville, Wisconsin, a Rock County city on the Rock River that was long anchored by General Motors manufacturing and has been rebuilding its economic identity since the GM plant closure in 2008.
Operated by the Hedberg Public Library under contract with the City of Janesville and funded through Charter Communications franchise fees, JATV broadcasts on Charter Spectrum channel 994, covering city government meetings, local events, parades, concerts, and nonprofit activities across the community.
