Midland Community Television, known as the MCTV Network, is the City of Midland, Michigan's community media hub. It includes Midland's public and government access cable television channels and helps local residents, organizations, schools, and city departments use video to share stories and information.

MCTV operates channels for public access, government television, schools, and community messages, with programming available through cable and digital platforms. The network supports local producers, community organizations, podcasts, city information, public safety programs, and locally focused video that informs, entertains, and educates Midland residents.

MCTV reflects the municipal community media model: a city-supported platform that combines resident production, public information, school and government access, and community storytelling into a local media system dedicated to Midland's civic and cultural life.
