Southeastern Connecticut Television (SECT) is the community media organization serving the Groton and southeastern Connecticut region, providing PEG access television for communities in New London County in the eastern corner of Connecticut between the Thames River and the Rhode Island border.
The organization provides public access cable television for southeastern Connecticut residents, covering local government meetings and offering community members the opportunity to produce and broadcast locally focused programming that reflects the military, maritime, and working-class character of this corner of New England.
