Visit website →

Chelmsford TeleMedia (CTM) is an official department of the Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, serving this Middlesex County community northwest of Boston with public, educational, and government access television programming since the early cable era.

CTM operates three PEG channels on Comcast (8, 10, 22) and Verizon (38, 37, 36), covering selectboard, school committee, planning board, finance committee, and town meeting proceedings, while also helping community members create original programming and supervising CHSTv, the television program at Chelmsford High School. The Chelmsford Media Center is located at Parker Middle School, and CTM has expanded from live streaming selected events to full 24/7 streaming of all three channels.

Chelmsford residents rely on CTM for the comprehensive municipal meeting coverage that keeps this engaged suburban community informed about town governance, and for the community programming and high school media program that give Chelmsford residents - from students to seniors - a local television presence.
