Tri-Valley Community Television, known widely as TV30, is the nonprofit PEG access television operation serving the Tri-Valley cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton in Alameda County, east of San Francisco, broadcasting since 1976 on Comcast channels 28, 29, and 30 to a population of more than 300,000 people.

TV30 provides locally focused community, government, and educational programming including city council meetings for all three cities, school board meetings for the Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore Unified School Districts, Zone 7 Water District meetings, and community news and events coverage. The station streams live at tv30.org and has Video on Demand available, making Tri-Valley civic life accessible to viewers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area on AT&T U-Verse as well.

Tri-Valley residents in Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton rely on TV30 for the government transparency and community programming that connects three economically significant East Bay cities - communities with major national laboratory research, significant commercial development, and strong residential character in the Livermore and Amador valleys - to their own democratic institutions and civic life.

On air since 1976
