About this hub
Clark/Vancouver Television (CVTV) is an award-winning government access cable channel serving the City of Vancouver and Clark County, Washington, operated as a joint venture of the city and county since it began producing programming in July 1983.
CVTV provides 24/7 programming on Comcast Cable channels 21/321 and 23/323 and streams all content at cvtv.org, covering Vancouver City Council meetings, Clark County Commission proceedings, the Clark County Land Use Hearings Examiner and Planning Commission, candidate debates and election forums, and a wide range of county and city events. The operation has won multiple National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors awards for overall excellence in government programming, including five consecutive first-place wins in the 1990s.
Residents of Vancouver and Clark County - a rapidly growing Oregon border community that is increasingly part of the Portland metro area - rely on CVTV for the government meeting coverage, election programming, and community features that keep them connected to the civic life of one of the Pacific Northwest's most dynamic regions.
