PACTV / The Local Seen

PACTV, operating as The Local Seen, is the community media organization serving Plymouth, Massachusetts, a Plymouth County coastal town that was the landing site of the Mayflower Pilgrims in 1620 and home to Plymouth Rock, providing PEG access television for one of the most historically significant communities in America.

The organization provides public access cable television for Plymouth residents, covering town government meetings and offering community members training and production resources to create and broadcast locally focused programming that reflects the full life of a community that is simultaneously a living historical landmark and a growing residential city of nearly 60,000 people.
