PortMedia is the video production arm of Greater Newburyport Community Media Hub (NCM Hub), the designated public access television provider for Newburyport, Massachusetts, cablecasting local programming on the city's Comcast cable channels since the community access television era began in Newburyport in 1981.
PortMedia produces and distributes programming on NCM Hub's three channels covering public community content, government and schools programming, and local arts and maritime culture, covering Newburyport City Council meetings, planning and zoning board hearings, school committee sessions, and community events throughout the year across nearly 7,000 Newburyport households.
