Chris Miller

Chris Miller is a community media operations leader whose work has connected stations on both coasts. He is Chief Operating Officer at Pasadena Media and Manager of the Arroyo Channel, the organization's community access channel serving Pasadena residents since 1983. Before joining Pasadena Media, Chris worked in community media roles at Puget Sound Access in the Seattle area and Port Media in Newburyport, Massachusetts, giving him a practical, station-level understanding of how local access organizations serve their communities.

At Pasadena Media, Chris oversees operations across the organization's four PEG channels and serves as executive producer of original programming, including Pasadena Monthly, the station's award-winning local affairs program. His leadership has supported Pasadena Media's growth as a local production and civic information resource, with the organization earning numerous production honors, including multiple WAVE Awards and the ACM 2026 Overall Excellence Award.

Beyond Pasadena, Chris serves as President and Chair of the ACM West Region board, representing community media organizations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, and New Mexico. In that role, he has helped strengthen regional policy work, member networking, professional development, and the WAVE Awards program. His service reflects the kind of steady operational leadership that keeps community media connected, professional, and responsive to the real conditions of running access stations today.
