Montgomery Community Media (MCM) is an independent nonprofit organization serving Montgomery County, Maryland's more than one million residents with public access cable television, hyperlocal news, media training, and professional media services, operating channels 19 and 21 on the county's cable systems.

MCM operates Access 19 (the county's public access channel) and Montgomery Channel 21 (a local news and community information channel), covering county government, school board, and municipal meetings while also producing original hyperlocal news and community content. The organization also provides low-cost professional media production services to nonprofits and civic organizations, and offers media training and education programs to county residents. MCM is part of the broader Connect Montgomery network of PEG channels that includes the City of Rockville, Montgomery College, Takoma Park City TV, and Montgomery County Government channels.

Montgomery County residents - in one of the nation's most educated, diverse, and civically engaged suburban counties, directly adjacent to Washington DC - rely on MCM for the hyperlocal news, government transparency, and community media access that commercial television in the DC market rarely provides for Maryland's most populous county.
