NineNorth (formerly CTV North Suburbs) is the community media organization serving nine Twin Cities north-suburban communities - Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, and St. Anthony - through a Joint Powers Agreement established with Comcast cable in 1991.

Operating from Roseville and broadcasting on Comcast channels 14 through 20, NineNorth covers city council meetings, city news, festivals and parades, and high school sports for all nine member communities, offering public access, government, and educational access channels funded through cable franchise and PEG fees. The organization provides community-focused video production for local governments, schools, and nonprofits, and also manages cable-related community inquiries for its service area.

Residents across these nine inner-ring north suburbs - a cluster of communities with distinct identities sharing a cable system - rely on NineNorth for the local news, meeting coverage, and high school sports that connect nine small cities to each other and to the government decisions that shape life in the northern arc of the Twin Cities metro.
