Plymouth Area Community Television, now known publicly as The Local Seen, is a nonprofit community media and education center based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. It serves Plymouth, Pembroke, Kingston, Duxbury, and the South Shore region through local media, government coverage, education, and community storytelling.

The organization provides original local content, government meeting coverage, community member production services, education access services, and opportunities for residents and organizations to make and share media. The Local Seen brand emphasizes community in action through media and a local lens on people, places, and events across the South Shore.

PACTV / The Local Seen reflects how long-running access centers continue to evolve their public identity while carrying forward the core mission of local voice, public meetings, media education, and community connection.
