David Gauthier

David Gauthier is Executive Director of Winchester Community Access and Media in Winchester, Massachusetts, where his work encompasses organizational leadership, operations, future planning, coaching, mentoring, and youth engagement at a community media center that serves a suburban Boston community with the local access programming, training, and civic media services that WinCAM has provided for decades. He serves on both the ACM Northeast Region board and through MassAccess, connecting Winchester's local work to the regional and statewide networks that help Massachusetts community media centers collaborate and advocate.

His dual presence at the station and in regional organizations reflects the kind of field contribution that characterizes the strongest community media leaders: doing the daily work of keeping a local station useful while also contributing to the shared infrastructure that makes the field more than a collection of isolated operations.
