Her work with Municipal Captioning has placed her in regular conversation with the Alliance for Community Media and its regional networks, including conference and workshop presentations focused on accessibility, captioning, AI, and community media operations. Through that work, Jackie has become part of the field’s current generation of technical and operational guides: people helping stations not only produce local media, but make sure that media can be found, understood, and used by the full community.
