KatMeow Garcia

KatMeow Garcia serves as Director of Community Media at Open Signal in Portland, Oregon, one of the Pacific Northwest's most active public media centers, and as Secretary of the ACM national board. Open Signal operates as both a public access television station and a creative media arts organization, providing training, production support, and channel access to Portland's diverse communities while also supporting independent media makers and artists who use community media tools for work that commercial platforms rarely make room for.
