Owen Provencher

Owen Provencher is a community media leader based in Derry, New Hampshire, where he serves as Director of Derry Community Access Media, known as DerryCAM. His work reflects a newer generation of access leadership, connecting local media production with technology, arts, civic engagement, and community storytelling. At DerryCAM, Owen helps maintain a public platform where residents, organizations, local government, and community voices can be seen and heard.

Owen's leadership also extends beyond Derry through regional and state service. He previously served as president of the New Hampshire Coalition of Community Media and has been active with the ACM Northeast Region, helping connect local access centers across the region. His contribution shows how community media continues to evolve through leaders who understand both the traditional purpose of public access and the need to keep local media relevant, welcoming, and useful in a digital era.
